PTA has cancelled fifty nine.6 million numbers allotted to PTCL, that the landline large had requested to surrender in 2 distinction instances back in December 2010 and January 2011.
In 2 completely different letters issued to PTCL (produced below), Pakistan Telecommunication Authority said that each one the numbers that were requested for cancellation are canceled.

According to PTA, PTCL had 1.6 million wireless subscribers until March two012 and another 2.9 million landline subscribers until December 2011.
